Star Junk 9 is a comedy point-and-click adventure set in the morally flexible outer rim of space.

You are Jasper — a space courier of moderate talent, limited funds, and a starship called the Rusty Spanner. She hasn't been reliable in years. Neither has Jasper. But right now, she won't start — and his creditors are three hours away.

What starts as a simple repair job on a remote space station spirals into a full-scale intergalactic holiday you very much did not sign up for.

★ Two complete adventures — about 30 minutes total playtime ★

Act 1 — Station IX: Stranded at the edge of civilised space, Jasper needs parts, cash, and a miracle. In that order. Navigate 6 hand-crafted rooms, hustle parts from dubious aliens, and escape before Korvax Shipping arrives.

Act 2 — Jasper's Holiday: A catastrophic luggage mix-up delivers Jasper to the Grand Veloria Resort — an alien five-star hotel he absolutely cannot afford. Explore Blyx Market, blag your way past customs, uncover a double-booking conspiracy, and catch a flight home. A 4-part adventure spanning 14+ unique locations including an alien beach, a hotel lobby, a black market alley, and a very chaotic resort pool.

  • Classic SCUMM-style interface: Look · Talk · Use · Push · Pull · Open · Close · Pickup
  • Inventory puzzles with logical solutions — no moon logic, we promise
  • Procedural ambient music, unique per room
  • Dozens of NPCs including a robot with 3% memory, a four-armed shopkeeper, a customs officer named after bureaucracy, and a tiny alien deeply committed to doing human things incorrectly
  • Walk animation, item flavour text, and rich dialogue
  • Fully playable in-browser — no download, no install, works on mobile

"I did not expect to find myself emotionally affected by a game about a man failing to get a refund at a space hotel." — probably someone, eventually

The Rusty Spanner is not OSHA compliant in any known solar system. Jasper disclaims all responsibility for consequences, emotional or otherwise.
